Spring Showcase 2025 – Student Submission Portal
Welcome to the ACAPA Spring Showcase 2025 online submission portal. Use this page to log in with your student credentials and submit your materials for consideration. All currently enrolled degree-seeking students are eligible to submit. Students who have submitted prior years must still create a new submission for Spring 2025 — previous submissions are not carried over.
If this is your first time using the portal, your username is your ACAPA student ID number (e.g., s-20251234) and your initial password was sent to your ACAPA-issued email address at the start of the semester. Contact it-help@acapa.edu if you have not received your credentials.

Frequently Asked Questions
Who is eligible to submit?
All currently enrolled ACAPA degree-seeking students (B.F.A., B.Mus., M.F.A., M.Mus., Artist Diploma, and Certificate programs) are eligible. Auditing students and non-degree students are not eligible. Students on academic probation must obtain written approval from the Office of the Dean of Students prior to submitting.
Can I submit more than one piece or project?
You may submit up to two (2) works per department. If you are enrolled in two departments, you may submit up to two works per department for a total of four submissions. Faculty may also nominate students for an additional "Featured Artist" slot; these nominations are handled separately and do not go through this portal.
My file is too large. What should I do?
First, review the compression guidelines in your department's submission guidelines document linked above. If your file cannot be compressed to the required limit while maintaining acceptable quality, contact your department showcase coordinator, who may arrange an alternative upload method. Do NOT wait until the deadline to raise this issue.
What happens after I submit?
Submissions are reviewed by department showcase committees during March 2025. You will be notified by email to your ACAPA address by March 21, 2025 regarding acceptance, waitlist status, or non-selection. Selected works will be presented at the Spring Showcase, held April 24–27, 2025, at the Hargrove Pavilion and other campus venues. See Events & Performances for the full schedule.
The portal is showing an error or I cannot upload my file.
Contact the IT Help Desk immediately: it-help@acapa.edu or (802) 555-0193. Do not delay reporting technical issues, especially near the deadline. The IT Help Desk cannot grant deadline extensions; extensions must be requested through the Office of the Registrar and are granted only in documented extraordinary circumstances.
I submitted but did not receive a confirmation email.
Check your spam/junk folder first. Confirmation emails are sent from noreply-showcase@acapa.edu. If you do not receive a confirmation within 30 minutes of submitting, log back into the portal and verify that your submission status shows "Submitted for Review" (not "Draft"). If the status is correct but you still have not received the email, contact it-help@acapa.edu.
