Spring Showcase 2025 – Technical Requirements Submission Form

Important: This form is for accepted Spring Showcase 2025 participants only. Submission deadline: Friday, March 21, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. ET. Late submissions cannot be guaranteed accommodation. Contact the Production Office at production@acapa.edu with questions.

All students presenting work in the Spring Showcase 2025 must complete this form to communicate their technical and staging needs to the ACAPA Production Office and Hargrove Pavilion technical staff. Please be as specific as possible. Requests submitted after the deadline are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Fields marked * are required.

Please review the Spring Showcase 2025 Technical Guidelines before completing this form. Questions about specific equipment availability should be directed to Technical Director Marguerite Ohlsson at mohlsson@acapa.edu.

Section 1: Student & Work Information

Phone / Cell Optional, but recommended for time-sensitive technical coordination.

Faculty Advisor / Supervising Instructor * Name of the faculty member overseeing your Showcase work.
Title of Work * Working title is acceptable if final title is not yet confirmed.

Final venue assignment is made by the Production Office. Preference is considered but not guaranteed.

Section 2: Lighting Requirements

Check all that apply. Use the text field to specify colors, intensities, cues, or other details. A lighting plot or cue sheet may be attached via the supplemental upload form (showcase-uploads.html).

Section 3: Sound Requirements

Audio files must be submitted as .WAV (48kHz/24-bit) or .AIFF via the upload form no later than March 19, 2025.

Section 6: Special Requests & Additional Notes

Special Requests Note: Fog/haze, open flame, and pyrotechnic effects require written approval from the ACAPA Safety Office. Requests must be submitted no later than March 14, 2025.
Tech Rehearsal Availability Tech rehearsal schedule will be distributed by the Production Office on or around March 28, 2025.

Section 7: Acknowledgment & Submission

After submitting, you will receive a confirmation email to your ACAPA address within 2 business days. If you do not receive confirmation by March 24, 2025, contact production@acapa.edu immediately. You may also fax this form to the Production Office at (802) 555-0147 if you experience technical difficulties with online submission.
